1. Introduction
VisualBucks is an AI-assisted object valuation app that allows users to scan items, submit images, receive valuation reports, manage scan credits, use Google Sign-In, purchase scan credits and subscriptions, save scan history, and request support. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store and share it, and what choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
The app may collect:
- Google account information such as email, display name, profile identifier, and Firebase user ID
- Scan images submitted by the user
- Valuation report data
- Scan history and catalog entries
- Purchase and subscription records
- Promo code and credit balance activity
- Device/app diagnostics and usage logs
- Crash, latency, API usage, and system event logs
- Support request information
- Approximate technical metadata needed to operate and secure the app
3. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
VisualBucks does not intentionally collect full payment card numbers, bank account credentials, government ID numbers, precise physical address, phone contacts, or unrelated sensitive personal data through the mobile app. Google Play processes payment details according to Google’s systems and policies.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide valuation reports
- Maintain user accounts
- Authenticate users
- Manage scan balances
- Process and verify purchases/subscriptions through Google Play
- Save scan history and reports
- Provide support
- Prevent fraud and duplicate grants

5. Images and Valuation Data
User-submitted images may be processed to generate valuation results. Images and reports may be stored to support scan history, account features, admin support, debugging, and user-requested review. Users should avoid submitting images containing private personal documents, faces, addresses, financial records, or unrelated sensitive information.
6. AI Processing
VisualBucks may use AI services, including Google/Gemini services, to process item images and generate valuation reports. AI-generated valuations are estimates and may be incomplete, incorrect, or affected by image quality and available identifying information.
7. Google Sign-In and Firebase
VisualBucks may use Google Sign-In and Firebase/Google Cloud services to authenticate users, maintain account records, store app data, secure backend operations, and synchronize scan balances.
8. Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. VisualBucks does not collect or store full payment card details. VisualBucks may store purchase IDs, product IDs, subscription status, server-side verification results, transaction history, credit grants, and audit logs to manage scan balances, subscriptions, refunds, support, fraud prevention, and duplicate purchase protection.
9. Analytics and Diagnostics
The app may collect usage events, diagnostic data, API usage records, latency, crash/error logs, device/app technical metadata, and performance information to improve reliability and support operations.
10. Sharing of Information
VisualBucks does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the app, such as Firebase/Google Cloud, Google Play Billing, Gemini/Google AI services, analytics/diagnostics providers, hosting providers, and support/admin tooling. Data may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect rights/security, or to investigate abuse.
11. Data Retention
VisualBucks retains account, purchase, subscription, scan history, valuation report, and support data as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support users. Users may request deletion as described below.
12. Data Storage and Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect data, but no system is guaranteed perfectly secure. Users should avoid uploading unrelated sensitive information.
13. User Choices and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of account-related data by emailing admin@visualbucks.com with the subject line VisualBucks Data Deletion Request, or by visiting our Data Deletion Request page.
Some records may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, purchase/subscription records, tax/accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or security.
14. Children's Privacy
VisualBucks is not intended for children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child provided information, they can contact support at admin@visualbucks.com.
15. International Users
If users access VisualBucks outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate.

This policy may be updated. The effective date will be changed when updates are made.
